Livpure — Product Installation and Pathetic Customer Service

I have bought Live pure plan on 14th September 2026.
Machine delivered on 21st Sep after multiple follow and lot of issue with their KYC verification services. Already struggling initially to catch hold on these guys.
Now the most painful situation after 21st Sep till today 28th Sep 2026 no one came for installation.
Multiple time reached to their support chat method, no help. All the agents in chat simply giving some predefined message without solving the actual issue. I have to take day leave just to wait for their installation person if he/she will visit. But entire day wasted.
Even dropped mail to their customer email ID, but nothing really works.
How Livpure is making fool their customers after taking the money. Such a horrible, painful and pathetic customer service from Livepure!!
