Livpure — Product reinstallation pending and subscription cancellation is not being allowed

I have a LivPure RO water purified subscription. On June 23rd I raised a transfer of location for my RO purifier and requested a dismantle at the old location and installation at the new location. I provided addresses for both locations, followed the procedure as instructed in the LivPure android app. I never received any dismantle service and I had to uninstall the purified myself. After reaching the new location I requested RO installation at the new location on July2nd, and its been a week and nobody from LivPure visited to install the product. When requested for transfer LivPure outright told the services are available in the new location but now LivPure is not providing installation service which makes my RO subscription useless. I reached out to customer service multiple times yet no service technician reached my location for installation.
I asked customer service to cancel my subscription and return the monthly subscription amount I paid and the security deposit as well. They are denying that as well. Right now I am stuck with a nonfunctional RO.
