Livpure — Received a Notice when the water purifier was already picked up

I had rented a livpure water purifier from furlenco in 2021 and last year in 2023 i was told from furlenco that they are no longer collaborating with livepure and i can wish to cancel the subscription or continue it with livpure. I chose to cancel the subscription and the water purifier was picked up from me in June 2023 and I received the deposit back for it from Furlenco. Now in Jan 2024 I received a notice on a whatsapp saying I have defaulted in paying the monthly rent so now i have to pay 15, 000 and return the product as well. Tried calling their customer care number and they keep telling me their legal team will get in touch but no response from them whatsoever.

What should I do now?
