Livpure — Refund not issued and now harassing with legal notice

I had filed a request for relocation on 8th April 2023, around 1799/- amount was prepaid for remaining period at the time. The company didn't agree for relocation and wanted to take away the product without any refund.

Later I raised request to surrender and refund. However, no action taken by the company at that point of time.

Then, the company asked for submitting the RO machine and payment of extra period.

I have denied doing that. Now they are sending legal notice stating they would file criminal case.

Brother, They have been harassing me exactly the same way. While its not about the amount of money, it feels utterly disgusting when these corporate companies take the consumers for granted and try to use these tricky ways to add revenues. They will end up like BYJUs. I will join u in filing the complaint against these corporate ###.
