Dear sir/madam,
We have two livpure ro and one registered with mobile no 99xxxxxx30. We raised complaint dated 25.12.2018 where technician visited us accordingly.
The technician shared the ro needs the change of filter which shall cost us around[protected]/- to which we said okay. Later he shared, he can install the same with lesser cost however the bill will not be there and he after speaking with service manager accepted all responsibility.
According to him service manager is also okay and its same company product which service manager and he together take out from store. Now after 3 months the ro has again stopped working. When we called him, he accepted again the term and ensured to look after.
Now after regular call he has stopped responding. Please help as this is humiliating being same company technician responding like this.
