[Resolved] Livpure — RO Installation and bad customer experience | |||
I have purchased RO from Livpure through flipkart on June 26, I was assigned a job card for installation JS-[protected] on June 27. It was promised to install in 5 working days. I have been following with customer care since then and after 12 escalations also on none turned from Livpure. Contact number provided donot answer my calls. Customer care says issue will be resolved but never happened. Now my return period is over too! I went a head to raise escaltion on my own at livpure website and no one turned even after that. Not sure what else should I do expect a call from Livpure company. Was this information helpful? | |||
