Livpure — RO system not working

Service Request: TS-[protected], opened on 16th July 11.30AM

The RO system is not working, i have no drinking water at home since 16th July 2026. Today is 22nd July, 6:30PM, still no solution. I continue to purchase water from outside.

I am chasing daily twice with the Call-Center, there is absolutely no help. Everyday i call the Call Center, i get the same message "RO will be fixed by end of the day". Such a pathetic service - 7 days gone, still no fix in sight.
