I took a subscription for from LIVPURE and had water issues for that I have raised many services still persist. Talked to customer care multiple times but still no use.Service request have been closed without proper resolution even in recent request closed by stating customer is not reachable. I had to raise below request and usual no response from local area service. D2MR25D1017655 he screenshots for your reference. Can you please look into this issue as We are getting soar throat issues due to waste taste keep changing.
