I had been having multiple issues with Livspace from the moment I booked them for interior design.
1. They keep changing the designer and every time you have to go through the scratch with the designer. This they do to create a confusion within the customer about their initial discussion about requirements so that later they will increase the price to maximum. (they will do this only for the customers who are having the budget limitations).
2. Livspace have 48 hours refund policy itseems and it was not told or we signed, which means, the day you book, you will get 48 hours to cancel the project. This is another scam they do with customers. After 48 hours they will say, will go for site visit for measurement and all that stuff which they will finish early so that the initial token amount is utilised there itself and if after that if customer doesn't want to continue with them they won't get their refund back.
3. Initially they would say after site measurement, they would start the 3D designs but later they will immediately change your designer without intimating you the reason. Then you have to go through from scratch with your new designer.. Now this second designer would say they would need another site visit for validation for starting of 3D design of your house. They will keep on going like this forever.. and you won't be answered when you call them.
5. Lakshmi is the manager assigned for my project. Asif is the first person who did the estimate and quoted to 10 lakhs and they told after discount of 30%, they brought to 7.6 lakhs, i was not interested to go more than 7 lakhs, later Lakshmi told after design phase she will get the budgey within 7 lakhs.
6. Now designer changed and gave a new estimate that 14 lakhs and after discount they brought to 10.4 lakhs. Later i asked the difference and they told that some loft and dressing unit is not calculated. I do have the confirmation over whatsapp group that they have added all these things in initial phase.
Now i said I don't want to go as the budget is crossing more than 7 lakhs, now I am getting the message that I can't refund as it crossed 48 hours and they don't have policy ..
It's BIG cheating
Now since I am not happy with Livpsace and doesn't want to go ahead with Livpsace due to above mentioned reasons, I requested to cancel my project and refund my amount, they say that I won't get any refund since my project is past the 48 hours of the cancellation window which they provide you just 48 hours from the booking date. So guys, whoever, is booking or going to book with Livspace think several times before booking with them as they are complete fraud and would not serve you and will charge highest ever amount for the job you are looking to get done. In simple words, you would loose your hard earned money, you will not get any value.
Please do not trust Livspace it is a complete fraud.
Update: No one from Livspace is picking up the phone now. It is my sincere request to all new customers or whomever is looking to go with Livspace, please be aware that these organisation is a big cheater and will cheat your booking amount and won't give you any service.
Please don't waste your hard earned money just for nothing. I am going to file a complaint with the consumer forum. I won't leave my hard earned money just simply like that.
