During start of project with Livspace for home interiors they promised of 25k voucher worth would be shared to me and the same was conveyed by email. But no stating some other reason and false commitment refusing to give the voucher. Based on the false promises we started our project with livspace and now continuously harassing with false commitments....

I have hired livspace to reconstruct my kitchen for contract value of rs 300, 000 in april 2019.in this regard, i paid an advance of rs 30, 000.
After sometime, i requested them to hold the contract for sometime as i was planning to shift to another house and told them that since i have paid amount of rs 30, 000 i will use the same in purchasing something else from them.

The designer and the manager is not co-operating. They just call us when they need the payment. When we go to them regarding the delay in work they just tell us they are not responsible for the work going on-site they just give us some other person number. Our project is in Hyderabad. This company is a big time fraud.

We looked at all the positive reviews of the company we approached this company so that all interior
designing would be taken care by time and we don't have to spend much time on all the interior details.

We missed to read the negative feedback and that is where we got prey to this bogus so called interior
designing company. We approached livspace during May 2023, spent almost 4 hours in the office discussed
all our requirements and explained them to the designer Sowmya. We paid 25, 000/- as they said discount will be applied
if we do spot payment, assuming for a better service as they promised. Later the follow up calls started for site visit.

Then they asked us to pay 15, 000/- for site visit, the person visited the site to take pictures. After few days they setup
a call to show basic designs.For a hour what I see is blank screens where the designer is dragging boxes during the meeting
it was a waste of an hour where anyone with the design application could do it. No concerns of requirements where no where addressed.
Infact she says we cannot accommodate storage in few areas as it is lacking space. I bet on this as we had another flat in the same building where a local
carpenter and vendor has done a great design work and utilized every corner space.

I mentioned for more storage but what I see is couple of boxes in each bedroom. No design template was shown during the meeting.
I had to waste my 1 hour during my working day. We decided to first get the crockery done instead of committing for the complete project
as we lost confidence with the approach they are following.

They asked us in turn what kind of design they want for a crockery, not sure what the designer is for if we have to give pictures of the design.
Still we passed on some internet pictures. Few days they came back with an estimate of 1.3L for a basic crockery design.

During booking they promised for 26% discount for each room design, later they say if you promise for 6L or more we give 26% otherwise we don't give any discount.
When asked for discount the project manager says we can reduce the cost by using MDF which goes down by 7, 000/-.

Later they closed the project saying it is out of scope, I sent follow-up emails regarding this and each time I get back a response saying we will be contacted
withing 3-4 working days, not a single call. They did not mention anything about our 40, 000/- paid, no refund made, nothing. Our hard earned money is blocked at a fraud company.

After few follow-up emails, they responded saying will refund 20, 000/-. I asked them why is that I need to take the loss when the company did not fulfill the requirement of the customer.
I asked them for explanation, for the past 4 months they are just going back and forth with emails saying a person from the team will reach us in 3-4 days .
After few days I get a call and then customer care person says that my project is not eligible for a refund, I showed her the email then few days later again she gives me same response saying
we are ready to refund 20, 000/- . I asked why is that I need to pay when it was you did not complete the project, there is no response yet.

We got our work done by a local vendor trust me guys they came out so well, with 1st grade wood and Hettich hardware for a very decent price.

I am still waiting for further steps, this company is a full time unprofessional bluffing and fraud company. They are looting people.
Don't get prey looking at just the positive feedback.

1. Overcharged to the customer, it's not been mentioned to early evaluation for e.g trims, shifting of electrical points
2. Incorrect design till as provided at the start of the project which caused to added overcharge to the customer..
3. Items that we added included proper evaluations.
4. Poor ground-level support from the Operational lead, the customer is directly involved with a vendor just because of lack of support.
5. There is no alignment with the designer, backend team, vendor, and OL.
6. Not aligned to timelines

Overcharging customers in terms of vendor services charging almost 3-4 times more for items.

We did the deal on 4 oct till date all delivery not happened .

I descoped items due to overcharging.

This complain is regarding unprofessional behaviour of Designer Bhavishay Narang . He took advance, he was handling my site personally without company knowing . He started being friendly, making close contact and even did wrong touch . When i raised this issue, company ignored that . His company ( Ahmedabad Livspace) is supporting him . And when i filed complaint in headquarter branch, they did closed the issue without taking any action . Completely fraud . Employees are working against company's policy and doing such inferior tricks . Bhavishay thought i would fall in his tricks, would maintain physical touch but he was totally wrong . He tried to question my character and livspace tried to hide that matter, i will make sure to file complain aginst this brand.

Please refrain from giving any project to #Livspace. I have given my flat renovation project since Dec. 22 and paid the entire advance. Their team is pathetic in execution

Live space are cheats and should be awarded king of frauds. very eager to take money from you but do not deliver product . they took the advance by making person sit in home till 9:30pm . and now suddenly I receive an email saying your project is on hold . no on responds . nothing u only have rely on their mood .

It is about Livespace Kolkata, they keep delaying delivery in the service and no proper communication, so unprofessional that they do not even receive calls of the consumers, keep delaying in design keep delaying in delivery material of wardrobe, order id 1466549, also, they are so unprofessional and disgusting that they take full payment but do not keep the promise of completing all project within 45 days which is the timeline for their project completion

I had paid this amount with a confirmation that kitchen slab demolition is not required, Now I am being informed that demolition is required.As I have already moved in, I can't go with the suggested plan.Hence I need a refund. I m following up from last one month

I went to Livspace for my flat interiors. Livspace martketing guy talks very sweetly to take the order. They have told to book the modular part first by doing the booking payment and customisation part (like granite, tiles, false ceiling works, etc) they will hire 3rd party for cost optimisation. After taking the booking payment, designs started and during design stage, they changed design engineer intentionally and started telling that customisation part i need to handle and they will not take the responsibility. For modular also, they increased th price and started saying material costs are increased. When i have taken up their customer care, they are telling that there isno written agreement and hence they will not refund it. Very smart of looting individual. They took Rs. 40000 rupees from me and not refunding it.

I am an existing customer of livsapce, and my customer id is - 1000948. I recently referred one of my friends to livsapce and he also likes their work and gave his interior work to them (Project ID[protected].

According to livspace policy when the customer makes his final payment the referrer will get his referral bonus o[censored]p to 15k. But I have not received any bonus from livspace after my friend made the final payment.

Me and my friend mailed to the respective person (Neelu Kudale) to enquire about this and then she said within 15 days they will release the bonus amount. After 15 days I again called her and asked the same, then she said there is some technical issue with adding my referral it seems. It is been 2 months now, they are not responding to my emails also.

They are literally cheating people in the name of a referral bonus.

Livspace team asked us to pay 25k INR to commence our home interiors project. However, they failed to meet our design expectations and response was really pathetic from their end . Due to multiple designer changed, my project got delayed and output was not that we expected. So finally we decided to ask them for refund but now they say to buy anything of that budget. They have overpriced listed products and also the catalog has very limited options. Team is very stubborn arrogant and unprofessional.
Due to their lethargic startegy and planning of delivering project, my 3.5 months are wasted and now I have to bear homeloan and rent cost both. If they can't refund my money they should pay me for harassing us with multiple calls to retain us (we have already backed out once but they arranged new senior designer to deliver the project ) who eventually gave us drawings only with measurements but refused to visit the actual project site.

Why do these firms do not serve any penalty for not being customer friendly?

Livspace replaced tiles in bathroom and its not even three months, there is a water leakage in to the walls. Very very bad service. They are not responding to calls or emails. Local technicians are better.

Unfortunately for us, we are customers of Livspace. We ordered two bathrooms and and kitchen from them in Delhi. The quality of work performed by Livspace employees is far from the quality of even public toilets. All deadlines have long expired 3 times. Our requirements to correct the mistakes is not fulfilled. Their reputation should be at stake all of the India. A lot of talks and meetings and zero work is the MOTO of Livspace.

We booked the Livspace for our home renovation and they took Rs 80, 000/- as booking amount. Before the booking I clearly mentioned what is to be done in my flat, Complete Flat layout plan or Floor plan was also shared with them. But now they are increasing their quote and demanding for more payment. Now I am asking for my refund they are denying. According to them within 48 hrs you should cancel but it is not possible because after one month they shown me what they are doing when I asked it is totally changed from the decided work they said you have to pay extra for that, why should I pay extra amount when everything was decided.

I have booked Project with Livespace on 14th August 2022, we are been following with team since then for every details and not getting proper response as even they are not capable to arrange meetings as per the given time line and everytime getting excuses as person is not avalible at this time, as it is not getting for the first time several times for every discussion meeting we are facing such issues, as on Today 8th October we have final kick up meeting which we already informed in whatsapp group created by the livespace team still today they ask for another time, and only giving excuese so need to take strick action againg such organisation as they are taking advance payment and then delaying the services and not ready to refund the amount.

I, visited the Senapati Bapat Road, Pune branch on 31st July 2022 and provided detailed requirements to the design team for the designing of my 3 BHK home in Undri Pune. I was provided an estimated quote of Rs 9.69 lakhs that day, basis which I paid a booking amount of Rs. 45, 000. After a month of meetings, measurements and validation, the quote suddenly rocketed. I was provided a final quotation of Rs 16.26 lakhs (on 30th August 2022), which is 67% higher than the initial quote. Hence, I was unable to proceed. Since the booking was done with a budget of about 10 lakhs rupees in mind (and which I was led to believe would be met in every meeting that I had with the Livspace team), I did not find it conducive to proceed further. Because of the huge difference in the initial and estimated quote, I asked for a refund of my booking amount, which was denied. Hence, I have no other option but to seek legal remedy against these fraudulent practices.

I have initiated the initial quote from livspace and booking provided booking amount in the month of June 2022. With initial quote validation the costing was not suitable to progress with design phase and immediately, I have requested for cancellation. But since then, not getting proper communication and refund,

I have dropped mails and communication expected over chat regularly, but no proper response seen except excuse given for delay

I regret to inform you that I am totally annoyed & dissatisfied by the people Chennai starting from the designers to production people. We paid the booking amount & 50% of the project cost in July & were promised that the house will be ready by Aug end. I was shocked to receive a call from the designer to come for a kick off meeting in person.
All these days we were told that the designs have gone for production but to our astonishment the measurements were taken on 15th Aug 2022. We stay in Bangalore and want to shift to our own house in Chennai.we are postponing our shifting because of you people & paying rent unnecessarily in Bangalore with no income
Designers are not giving us any suggestions & options. We have to stick to what they say.
It’s getting me mad & we are planning to travel to USA by mid week of October.we thought of shifting settling & then move to US for a 6 month stay

I have booked in livspace for my interior work. They forced me to book immediately. One I had paid amount no call or no updates about project. I have called them for measurement after many followup's they have sent me quotation after week with removing 30% of my work. As the estimation amount and after measurement amount was jot matching I decided to quit. Now they are saying non refundable. When booking the amount they told it is refundable. Please be aware of such activities and don't ever pay amount if they ask you to book immediately they will say they will give free products but they increase your budget later.

This company is a cheat. They have more managers and customer service ppl than the ones who actually work. And these customer service also vanish the moment we raise a complaint.

We had a pretty bad experience. Overcharged us.. looted us .. charged us for granites that they reused for us, did not deliver good quality, took loooooootof time to complete work that too not completed, bad designer, designer don’t understand what we say and finally we ourselves gave the design but they charged for that too, they have spoiled the doors, hinges, cupboards, glasses, everything. For everything their solution is only using toner and using plaster of Paris cement. They did the screwing in the cupboards without even removing the price tags and the plastic coverings. And neither could I take it . They did not do any cleaning. Hinges that they have used have corroded in just a week. And the hinges started coming out just 2 days after so called delivery.

They do not even issue the warranty certificates but claim in the beginning that there is a 10 year warranty. Their tone totally changes after they start demolishing. and then after they take the payment. They have not even give us a physical bill copy.

PLS DONOT TRUST LIVSPACE. They are a bunch of cheats. I regret whyIwent to them now.

I recently had my two bedrooms painted from livspace, they appointed a civil engineer and a contractor with labors under him respectively. They didn't carry proper accessories like ladder, plastics which are essential for the work, half of the items were provided by me as a result of which the wooden flooring our house was damaged because of the coloring, it became dull from the original color. Moreover the work didn't have any kind of finishing it was patchy and on complaining same the contractor kept saying the paint is still wet so appearing patchy and they just left. After that i got a feedback message to rate the work quality so i gave them 7/10 . After that day this contractor kept calling me and my father to change rating to 10/10, and this would badly impact their salary.We said we will change it once you redo the work but he kept troubling saying i will do it but at first change the rating so we had to but no one from that day turned up for correcting the work, On calling the company half the time they don't know what kind of work was done, everytime you have to provide new details to new people on call centre. it's frustating and no action is taken yet.

We had few small issues in the work delivered from livspace. Even before moving we are seeing a lot of cracks or damaged work.
We dint check the quality of work during handover, we just had signed understanding that the scope is complete.
The study table had one leg cracked, one unit of Aquaguard storage is cracked, the wardrobe racks are misaligned, wicker baskets doesn’t open smoothly. Plus many more.

Now after a lot of follow up they agreed for one claim which is the study table leg.
Rest wherever we need fixing or replacement the company won’t entertain.
Would request the necessary intervention.

I had placed an order with Livspace for my home’s wardrobe solution. We discussed all the details and the Drawings were finalised mutually with designer *Sumeer Ahmed* of Livspace and the modular sign off document (final agreed drawings of furniture) were created and order was placed.
So the agreed terms were clear, after the entire payment the wardrobes will be installed as per the documents.
Payment was done and the materials arrived at site.
The installation was done by Livspace team and the project manager assigned was Mr.Mir Khadir Ali.

The issue for which I raised concern was with the installation. It was not done according to the Modular sign off document which was agreed upon.
I had contacted Khadir Ali multiple times regarding this and requesting to rectify the mistake but in return I just got false promises of the work to be done in few days. I had contacted the customer support team (Mr. Mukendra Nair) to assist me as this issue was not being resolved and more than 30 days had passed after raising concern.
Again I was promised of rectification as early as possible. As on today[protected] about 45 days have passed by and the issue is not resolved yet. I have the sign off document and mail conversations along with Whatsapp conversations to support this complaint and will attach them for reference.
