We had booked Livspace for my new home in mid June 2022. Soon after the consultation, the Designer didn't give ANY TIME to thinkbut forced me to pay the advance of Rs. 44, 000 for just 4Lks quoting on the first day itself. I was trapped here completely because later on I came to know they are not worthy at all.
This designer has very poor knowledge of home interiors. He gave all false promises and failed miserably to meet with any of my simple requirements. It was a very basic requirement like 2 wardrobes, kitchen and a TV unit. They screwed up my TV unit completely. Any design if we propose like wall pannelling etc., the designer would immediately stop me by saying that their team can't do it, ONLY custom work team does it. This custom work team is nothing but a USELESS VENDOR of Livspace. They messed up my house completely and we had to rework on each and everything with a new set of workers on our own by paying twice. This has been a real waste of money. LIVSPACE has cheated me in every sense of it, highly disappointed!!! I wanted to cancel this project atleast remove kitchen work from this project but the Designer 'MANJU' and the Design team's manager 'AAMIR' forced me to include kitchen as well, otherwise I won't be given any discount, they threatened me!
DON'T BE FOOLED BY LOOKING AT THEIR 5 STAR RATING. THESE ARE THE RATINGS GIVEN BY THE PEOPLE WHO MERELY TOOK THE CONSULTATION AND LEFT ON THE FIRST DAY ITSELF. IF YOU GET TO WORK WITH THEM YOU WILL KNOW THEIR TRUE COLOR.
They told me to give ratings soon after the consultation, which is totally WRONG to get feedback from the CUSTOMER even before the work is commeneced.
I lost my 5 lakhs trusting this worthless LIVSPACE Interior. I advice people not to pay any money in advance after consultation. Otherwise, you will end up with a ### work in the end and your stress level will explode as well!!! Please take you own time and choose the right interiors for your home!
