I purchased a flat and booked livspace for interior work. They asked me to book immediately. I paid ₹25, 000/- on the spot. After booking, they increase the estimation. They changed the quotation multiple times. I asked them to refund my amount within 48 hrs and then they convinced me not to cancel the booking telling that they will waive the bill also they will adjust the amount of GST. After discussion with the designer team, the design is finalized and again they change the quotation. At the time of booking, they promised me that it would take 45 days for Modular Kitchen and suddenly they changed the timeline also. After getting frustrated with the service, again I asked for the refund, now they refused to refund my booking amount. I tried to contact Livspace via call and emails. They stopped responding.
I want my booking amount back.
