[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. (DHFL) — PRE/PART PAYMENT 2% CHARGES | |||
I have a loan from DHFL for plot situated at Omaxe city Palwal last three years , I want to part payment Rs. 4 lac so I went to DHFL office but DHFL said that As per NHB guidelines January 2013 you will be paid 2 % + S. Tax extra for part or pre payment because you could not construct house in three year .
