Please help me

They said initial advance of 1250, then remaining amout after reach hotel 3750. But they again asked security amount of[protected]+8500) without any prior information. again they asked[protected]+12500) for code verification without any information during pament of 17000. They have charged 34500/- from us neither the service provided nor the correct information they given to me simply they charged my money.
