Hello I made an error in the amount I sent in bitcoin so sent another as it wasn't enough I'm new to bitcoin and thought the payment would fail as it was still confirming and the fact I received an email saying it was over paid so last night I still didn't have premium so I paid it with my bank details today I noticed I have 2subscribtion to the 3month premium could I request a full refund and have to 3month premium I payed for with bitcoin removed I will stick to using my bank in future thanks very much
