Lodha Group — 1st booking amount refund issue | |||
Booked 2.5 BHK Flat at lodha phase 2 (Lakeshore) last year Dec 2020 and paid 1st booking amount but before payment of 2nd installation received information from sales office that my flat is already booked earlier than me. I dropped the plan and canceled my booking on 17th Jan 2021. Sales office informed me that refund shall be able initiated with 45 days. I have called to Lodga executive and sales person many times after 45days to get the status of my cheque but my case is still pending. It almost 90 days from the date of cancellation but still no updates are found. Last date given me for 10th April but as per sales office my case is still under process. Request you to take action against this act and carelessness.
