Many time i request cancel my booking

As we booking lodha estate patel logeshwari area mumbai CRN:2217755 in April month 2022 Due to medical emergency i would like to cancel my booking.

Here with I have attached the canceled cheque leaf for your reference.

Kindly accept my request and refund the booking amount as soon as possible

Please refer the application form, which says, “In the event that the Company rejects the application on account of non-receipt of Booking Amounts or any part thereto or the Applicant not abiding by terms and conditions contained in the Application Form (including these terms and conditions), then this Application Form shall, without any further notice, be liable to be rejected and all amounts paid towards Booking Amount I and II (or 10 per cent of the Total Consideration, whichever is higher), or part thereof, shall stand forfeited.

Please note that the company has incurred substantial cost in processing your booking and has lost the opportunity to sell the unit to other prospect buyer due to your commitment.

Further the terms & condition of the application are executed with mutual consent of the parties privy to contract and hence we urge you to comply and abide by the terms and conditions and not try to divulge out of your contractual obligation.
