I am writing this complaint after taking multiple followup for cancellation and refund since 30 August 2023 from the sales team who had deal with me Mr. Shiv ShankarDutta but no satisfactory resolution received.
I had booked a 2 BHK flat and paid a token amount of Rs. 63000 after an immense pressure and creating a Hostile environment / False imprisonment and same is cancelled after two days

Cancellation date - 30 August 2023

Me and my wife visited at Lodha Crown Dombivali on Sunday 27th August 2023 at 01.30 pm around.
After taking all the details and checked the sample flat we came at around 2.00 P.M and checked the rate and other offers details.
We directly confirmed that we didn't want to book today and will discuss and need time but they start convincing and creating pressure that please do the booking amount and the offer will be closed. We told them that we are going to visit some other project and the will decide, but the sales Manager convince us that book now and if you cancelled you will get refund within weeks time. He show us one email also for refund of booking amount done in whithin weeks time.
My wife and mother don't like kitchen so we canceled booking on 29th August 23 and sent an email to their registered email id on 30th August 23. Post we received a call and they told that refund will be paid after 30 to 45 days. I'm following up with them since 30th August for refund of amount and not getting any proper response.
They just create a Hostile environment /False Imprisonment and immense pressure instead of providing humble and kind support to understand the customer need and situation.

Request you to refund the booking amount at the earliest as we were not informed that it will take months time to refund the amount.
I'm not happy with the reply given by the Lodha support services team. Their sales manager making fales commitment for refund of amount. Why this is taking so much time of 30 to 40 says for refund which was not informed at the time of booking other wise we won't book the flat.
I request someone to look into this and refund the amount at the earliest.
