I am Swapnil Kadam the exiting customer of Crown Taloja.
I got a call from Mobile No: [protected] saying he is Mahesh Yadav from direct Lodha Group. What config you are looking for?
Me: I told him that I am already under discussion with Mr. Joey from Lodha group. So I will go with him.
Mahesh: He has disconnected the call and called me again in 2 mins saying that there is no Employee on this name in Lodha Group. Share me his Ecard if it is available with you.
Me: I cannot share somebodies ID with anyone on call. Let me know if you can help me in upgradation of my property.
Mahesh: No there is no such Policy in Lodha. He is misguiding you.
Me: I told him that Mr.Joey is on call can you please speak with and verify his Identity.
Mahesh: (Started using abuse words). Don’t be over smart and answer the questions. Chutiya phir site pe enquiry kyo raise kiya Maderchot, Behenchot and disconnected the call.
Is this the behavior of the Lodha Employees.
Next: I got connected with Mr. Joey and told him the scenario he took Mr. Mahesh online and verified with him but he told he was not the person who spoke with me somebody has spoken to me on behalf of him.
Concern is:
If the data of Lodha employees is not safe and Lodha employees cannot maintain their privacy; then how we can trust Lodha that the data which we have shared with them is Secure and will not be leaked by their employees.
Results:
Now there is a big question mark that whether I should Invest here by upgrading the policy or else I should quit from here? Was this information helpful? |
