Lodha Group — accelerated payment schedule for lodha upper thane

Lodha grup launched project upper thane on mumbai-nasik highway. I booked a flat in casa sereno cluster in feb'2018 when only the foundation pit was dug out and construction was yet to start. Till 05.10.2018 they have taken 74% of the payment based on construction of only structures upto 10th floor and further they raised a demand of 14% for plumbing work and construction upto 14th floor even though only structures have been erected (Merely 30-40% of the work of completion of the apartment). Such a payment schedule is uncalled for as none of my booked flat's work has started (Which is on a higher floor) and already they have demanded a total of 88% of the flat cost). It appears as though my flat will start to be constructed after they recover the complete flat cost from me. Such unethical practice should stop and action must be taken against lodha group so that poor consumers may not suffer like this at their hands.
