I would like to submit a official complaint about my apt vertica c. I have not recieved my apt and the delay has caused me a big loss. I had asked for refund twice in between and your RM have given me a calculation. When i questioned them about the value they replied apology it is wrong and you are not entitled for refund.
I have been discussing with all the managers including segment head fianlly and they just trying to gain time to recieve OC.
I would like higher management to intervene now and compensate for the loss incurred because pf wrong information provided and wasting of time by ignoring my emails and replying back same old stories
