Lodha Group — Booking amount is not refund

Hi i am suvarna vinod pawar
Maine taloja mai golden crown surise mai (30 august 2020) ko 1bhk flat book kiya tha. But mera job chutane ke karan maine booking cancel karne ka soch liya. But wo log abhi mera booking amt (45, 000) refund nahi kar rahe hai
Please help mere abhi ki situation bahot critical hai husband ka bhi job chut gaya hai please help its request.
