Lodha Group — booking amount not refunded for lodha palava flat no. 1203 riverside

I booked 2 bhk flat in lodha palava city and same cancelled due to non proper response from the customer relationship manager and wrong information given by sales team.
After cancellation customer relationship manager agreed to refund 50% of token amount and got signed for the same. Now i am getting letter from lodha indicating that full 90000 rs. Got forfeited.
How i can get the refund presently i am in oman.
