Worst Experience with recently purchased property at lodha. False promises and miscommunicate to the customers. I have purchased property by trusting name only. I have requested for cancellation process, now no one ready to listen anything. Customer Relationship Number:2218732
I need to cancel booking, but they still not ready to process further...

Updated by deepa1125 Big Frauds the executives and the builder -(lodha group )
I consulted back to them and asked to cancel and refund my money of Rs 2.07 lacs
to which they are claiming there is no refund policy . This was never mentioned at the time of booking the flat and while giving the token amount and it was not mentioned in any document which they showed us.
False promises and miscommunication to the clients by the executives.
Calls and messages are been ignored by the executives for the cancellation process, no professionalism!!
I need back my harden money and the booking to be cancelled as soon as possible.
