I had booked a flat in Palava - Dombivli by keeping a deposit of 2 lakh + amount.
Due to a bad experience with Lodha Financial team, I am backing off from this project and had requested for re-imbursement of the amount paid as booking amount in the initial stage.
Email has been sent to service.[protected]@lodhagroup.com on the 18th Jan.
Called Customer service almost 5-6 times. Then only feedback I have been getting is I will get a call back from Lodha group regarding re-imbursement within 7-8 working days. Its almost 15 days and I am still waiting for their call and feedback on re-imbursement.
I am bit surprised the way this big groups work. Booking amount to be paid on the spot. When we ask for re-imbursement, they take their own sweet time to revert.
This is how these people treat a layman...
