I booked a flat in lodha, casa rio, riverscape d wing on the 18th floor. However, there are lots of problems with the construction and repeated follow ups with the pcma have yielded no results!
1. During possession in march-2017 we had complained that the tiles in the living room were cracked. While they said they'd rectify it then i have not seen any action from their end so far. After following up and visiting them personally many times they tell me that they don't have the tiles and it's unlikely they can fix it anytime soon!
2. We took possession in march and during the first monsoons the doors all jammed up. This is a pure construction issue and lodha now tells me that their 30 day warranty period has expired.
3. The guest bedroom has developed a crack on the wall and following up is not yielding any results.
4. The first monsoons and the living room starts leaking! I'm not talking about a wet patch but actual dripping of water from the ceiling. They've cleared up the choke after multiple follow ups but the patch still remains.
What i've noticed is that policy for lodha only works when it favors them. A 30 day warranty is something they will wave at you conveniently but will not resolve any complaints in a time bound manner. I'm losing confidence in this group and their reputation is taking a huge hit. They should remember that negative word of mouth spreads faster than advertisements in newspapers.
