Lodha Group — Cheated in lodha Amara, Thane

We booked a house in Oct & gave token amount of ₹54000, we informed that we will think in the evening but we were made to do the booking of ₹54000. Later in the evening we decided to not continue with the booking. It's been 3 weeks we are chasing for refund & the 2 lodha employees were very rude & still the refund procedure is not started.
