Lodha Group — Cracked n chipped tiles in bathroom and hall room. Granite in both the washroom not in good condition

Hi, writing this complain bcz we are not getting as much help as promised by theLodha staff . We complained to the HPM team bout the cracked tiles in the washrooms n in the hallroom n of the granite in the washroom n even the sink in the kitchen is not in good condition but no response. Pls help us to resolve all the problems.
