Lodha Group — CRN: 1282788 - Harassment to impose the higher penalties

We are the middle class family, we purchase the (under construction ) property from Lodha in 2018, Domivali location. Due to some financial crisis, lockdown issues, then my family issues, we are unable to pay the instalment amount to the lodha approx 6 Lakh dues are pending, but lodha have charged me double amount around 12 Lakhs including all unnecessary penalties and charges, we are many time to convey to lodha customer support, but no one has supported us, we are ready to surrender my property, we have also request them to cancelation my property, but they don't supported us. They always harassments to us. We are requested to please help us for this critical situation.
