Lodha Group — delay in refund | |
I had booked property of rs. 44, 69, 126/- in lodha palava (Dombivli) and paid registration amount of rs. 90, 000/- on 15th august 2018 followed by payment of first booking amount of 1, 26, 589/- on 19th august 2018 (Total rs. 2, 16, 589/-). Due to loan disbursement issue, i cancelled the above mentioned property on 5th november 2018. All the documents (Agreement for sale, pavti, index 2 and challan) were returned at their main lodha office (Mahalakshmi, mumbai) on 2nd january 2019. Now, after 8-9 months customer care from lodha mentioned that whatever amount we have paid cannot be refunded. At the time of booking sales person gave us assurance that even if we cancel the booking in between we will get the refund. Also, everytime customer care person guaranteed us that amount will be refunded. This is clear case of cheating. Firstly, they made us to wait for more than 6 months and now they have changed their words (Both customer care and sales person). Nobody is taking the responsibility or giving us proper answer.
