Sub : Not Refunding the booking amount on cancellation (Refund the booking amount Rs.-27000/-) I have booked 2bhk flat in LODHA GROUP'S upcoming project PALAVA CITY on 21th March 2015 .Till date, sales manager & all Lodha builders team, treated us very well. I was very impressed with their hospitality .At the time of booking also, they gave us very dreamy picture about this project .As a booking amount, we paid Rs 27, 000 by credit card. I have already taken house loan, so other bank loan is not possible and other some my personal problem. I have send mail for cancellation of flat but reply given below. 1st mail Reply dt.28 march 2015 Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Lodha !! You have expressed your intention to cancel the booking in Eviva-L-0902. We would request you to reconsider the same as The Downtown, Urbano has received wonderful response with over 1200 bookings in pre launch itself. Also, the base rate has appreciated and we are expecting a further rise in the same till the launch ends Also, as per the terms and condition in the application form, the booking amount gets forfeited if the application is cancelled by the customer. We request you to re think on your decision of cancelling the flat booked in the heart of Palava city before giving a confirmation on cancelling the booking. With reference to your email, in case of voluntary cancellation, the booking amount paid by you gets forfeited. Kindly confirm if you still wish to go for cancellation of your booking. Appreciate your patronage. Regards, Relationship Manager 4th mail sending by Lodha group for Interest paying Mr. Panna Lal, Please find attached Interest Letter for payments over due towards your captioned booking with us. A physical Interest Letter for the same has/have been issued which should reach you in a few days. The soft copy of the same is attached for your reference. Now after executing a fresh agreement and registering the same, the PNB Housing Bank is not ready to accept the new set of documents stating they have not been intimated earlier.
Now I am acting like a co-ordinator between Lodha and PNB trying to sort out the issue.
My only request with whoever wishes to get their flats transfered, please check with your bankers and Lodha, before you take this step.
Please do not expect anything from Lodha Executives as they are trained to talk sweetly till their work gets done and then they treat you like
