1) During booking Lodha Builders executive promised so many things and now they are denying the same
2) All the purchaser in Lodha Upper Thane can't say wrong.
3) In Agrement also it is not said that For Amenities we have to pay additionally. Then why Loadha is taking 5 years maintenance.
4) Quality of construction is so bad that In few months only residents observed the leakage and seepage problems
