Lodha Group — false information, cheating and fail to refund money by builder

In march 2017, i have booked flat in lodha palava on the basis of information provided by sales team, but surprised to see that many wrong information provided including possession date, relaxation in interest on delay possession, restriction on resale, inclusion and exclusion from price, floor and many more.
Many reminders, notice and calls from my side, but they were not ready to t listen after advance payment. They always asked me to adjust or compromise with whatever they give. When i asked refund as agreement is not signed, they clearly refused and started charging interest. Now
They are not ready to refund money with different excuses like they have paid same to government for registration and stamp duty on my behalf, but not sharing any document for the same.
