Lodha Group — False promises by sales executive

Address: Lodha Amara Kolshet Road, Thane Maharashtra

Lodha Amara is highly crowded with dense population, lot of advertisement and luring customers into trap of lot of Amenities.
Club House / Swimming Pool / Tennis Court / 2 KM Forest Garder are just for namesake, All comes at huge cost, spending crores on cheap project.
False commitments ( only verbal no written) are done by Sales executives.
Their client / media partners & Sales executives are very cunning, with mindset to get booking done with NON refundable amounts. working on commission basis, have targets to close a no of deals monthly basis.
Media partner mentioned about projects from other developers but showcasing Lodha projects, since they have good commission going into their pockets from our hard earned money.
Property in area like Kolshet Road, having Market value of 65 or 70 lacs ( as per Govt ready reckoner rates) is being sold for > 1 crore on pre-text of amenities which are not free at all. They recover maintenance cost of 5 years at the time of Possession only.
Heard NOT good about construction quality of Lodha Amara in reviews on other sites.
Everyone feels trapped in Aggressive Demands, even those Banks (HDFC) having tie-up with the project deny to make payments citing aggressive demands ( > 90% amount recovered even though construction < 50% completed ), later same bank will have discussion with Lodha managers & disburse amounts. Eventually consumer is burning the money from their pockets.
Architecture completion certificates for namesake only. Its good paper work.
Lodha never allows to visit the site, for safety reasons . We can just guess what quality material they might be using under the name of Brand.
DONT ever invest in Lodha Amara. Over Populated complex, running into water scarcity issues.
Heard from a friend, water tanker are being called due to shortage of water.
Thane is hugely overcrowded, lot of traffic congestion in the area.
There are good projects from other developers with construction quality par above this.
Think 1000 times before investing into Lodha Amara.
