This communication is a direct consequence of the appalling and deliberate delay by L&T Finance in issuing the foreclosure letter for my loan accounts, despite my repeated follow-ups spanning over six weeks. The sheer negligence and evasiveness displayed by your personnel reflect not just incompetence, but a disturbing pattern of obstructionism that borders on harassment.
Let me be unequivocally clear: L&T Finance is willfully sabotaging my financial transition to Bank of India, where I am eligible for a significantly lower interest rate. Your refusal to issue the foreclosure letter, despite the sanctioned loan and issued demand draft from Bank of India has resulted in dual EMIs being debited from my accounts. This is not just unethical; it is financially punitive and reeks of exploitation.
Your institution continues to loot money under the guise of inflated interest rates, even as RBI has lowered benchmark rates. The benefit of this reduction has not been passed on to me, and now, when I seek financial relief by transferring my loan, L&T Finance is actively blocking the process.
This is a final and firm demand:
Issue the foreclosure letter immediately without further delay.
Stop obstructing the loan transfer process.
Acknowledge the financial damage caused due to your deliberate inaction.
I expect every recipient of this email, especially those in leadership positions to treat this matter with the seriousness it demands. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this to higher regulatory bodies, consumer grievance forums, and initiate legal proceedings for financial harassment and breach of fair lending practices.
