Lodha Group — lakeshore greens, dombivli flat ceiling leakage

Heavy water seepage from ceiling of my flat elite o-903 in all rooms (Living room, kitchen, bedroom) for the past 10 months. Complaints registered but no action taken till date. Pcma managers manoj & bhushan visited my flat on 10th aug & 5th sept but still no action stating that tiles are not available.
