Lodha Group — Lodha Palava City - Possession issue

Address:Palava City, Lodha

Key handover date was agreed with customer relation officer, now when only 5 days are left to key handover, we received an email saying 'we will not be able to stick to the timelines and it requires one more month'. We planned everything according to this key handover date. We have not expected these kind of things from Lodha Group.
We tried to contact customer care they only said 'we understand you' but there is no real support from their end as well.
