Lodha Group — Lodha palava phase 2 : No customer service

I have booked a ready possession flat in the month of September and completed all the payments timely. However I was never shown the actual flat, there is discrepancy in the payments cost sheet amount and the final demand notice has differences and there is no one to resolve our queries. Every time a new service request is raised and I am running from pillar to post to get my queries resolved. Even after making a complete payment, I am not getting possesion nor have been shown the flat even once.

Also, simple issues like access errors to their online portal is taking longer than a month to resolve.
There is a communication gap between their sales, accounts and customer relationship teams, once the sale is done, there is no response from any of the teams and no hierarchy to support the young kids making the sale.
