Me & my family visited lodha palava on 15th jan and they helped me by showing us the flats and amenities surrounded by at the time of table discussion i was informed by lodha palava sr. Sales executive (Mrs rakhi mishra) that if you book it now the benefits you will get and so on, and i paid immediately by credit card as i was not having cash or cheque she informed me that if you want to cancel the booking we will refund you the same.
On 4th feb after visiting the office again we came to a decision to cancel our booking due to personal issues and later on also sent a mail related to the same to get the refund.
After calling her (Sr. Sales executive) multiple times about my refund she bluntly denied for the payment that we have a non - refund policy which was not informed us at the time of booking nor it is mentioned in the receipt provided by lodha palava.
Still after putting multiple reminders they are least bothered to give a reply.
I would request lodha palava that do not take advantage of a common man by gulping all the hard earned money which we plan to pay and having intention to buy a dream home and it is a hard decision to cancel the booking due to monetary issues or other personal issues, i would request you to not to be ruthless while refunding our payments which was verbally committed by your executives otherwise we would have taken some time for the same and would have made a confirm payment by clearly making our mind.
Being lodha a reputed brand would request you to please give us the clarity while buying a property this is making a very bad impression towards your brand name due to such employees.
It is my humble request to kindly refund my amount at the earliest.
