Lodha Group — Lodha Sales executive guys have cheated us and done credit card fraud

We have booked 1 BHK apartment in Lodha Amara project on 17th June. Lodha Sales executive guy Karan Verma gave false information about the project and did not provide us the terms and condition and Lodha refund policy before 2 credit card was swiped. He took the 2 credit cards of two joint owners of the same flat from us and swiped the 1st card for Rs. 95000 and 2nd card for amount of Rs 13000 and did not provide us the transaction slip and also did not take signatures from us.
Apartment in Wing 31, flat number 805 was booked in Lodha Amara phase 2 project in the name of 2 owners. Payment for booking amount of Rs 108000 was done by 2 credit cards.
Payment of Rs. 95000 was done by Citi credit card ending with 4817 and cardholder name is 1st owner
Payment of Rs. 13000 was done by HDFC credit card ending with 4843 and card holder name is 2nd owner
Payment was done in the Merchant Name of ISHWAR REALITY AND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.
Lodha Sales executive guy told us that they we will reach out to us and take both owners signatures on the forms and other documents .
We have cancelled the booking on 30th June 2017 since Lodha sales executive guys have cheated and there was no transparency in this deal.
We have asked Lodha sales guys to refund the entire money.
Lodha sales executive denied to refund any amount to us for this apartment booking.
Lodha sales executive guys have cheated and done credit card fraud since they have to reach their sales target.
They did not provide any transparency on this transaction and did not give us the Customer’s copy Transaction slip and also did not take signature on the transaction slip from us.
We are waiting for the refund of Rs 1.08 lakhs from Lodha Group.
