Hi, writing this complaint because I am not getting as much help from the Lodha Upper Thane HPM team. I complained to the HPM team about the wet patch on the tiles in the bathroom a month ago. First of all, they kept closing my tickets without even visiting my flat and ascertaining the issue. After an escalation, one of the HPM team members visited and told me that these are semi-vitrified tiles and absorb water, it's tile's property. I have never seen such tiles in at least the bathroom which we know that prone to being wet areas.
I asked them why such tiles are used when we know that bathroom is going to be wet, but no answer is given and they denied doing anything. However, according to me these are sub-standard/low-quality tiles and shouldn't have been used by LODHA. If LODHA uses such material then what can we expect from local builders?
I'm raising this issue here so If LODHA customer support is interested to resolve then please do so else I'm anyway approaching consumer court.
