I have paid the stamp duty and booking amount 2 as well. Every time i try to seek help from service desk, they keep asking same queries on when amount was paid, am i seeking bank funding, which bank, etc.
Have explained to at least 5 people and all seem to respond but take no action.
Escalation also does not help - seems those managers have more personal work to do than manage customer complaints.
I had originally wanted to cancel after paying initial booking amount, due to covid impact on finances, but they refused to cancel. Can i not cancel and seek refund of full amount as registration has not happened yet? Was this information helpful? |
