Hello, I have booked a 2 BHK flat at Lodha Crown Kolshet Thane in April 2023. I paid the booking amount of Rs 7.12500/- within a month and applied for the Home loan. The registration is delayed due to loan was yet to be approved from the bank. Unfortunately, lost the job and the business was stopped on 21 August 2023. Seeing the situation, I cancelled the booking of flat and requested for the refund via email on 22 August 2023. Till date I have not received the refund and the management is forcing us to take the voucher which is of no use to us. Please help 🙏 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
