hi its Anoop, I am officially registering my complain to Lodha (Easy lease) Management

I am writing to you today because of the unprofessional behavior I have been experiencing from Lodha Easy lease team member

I was liaising with a Lodha Easy lease member to rent a flat in H tower -1004.

However, we got a pathetic response from a professional company.

below is issue: -

1: - Flat punch points regarding maintenance still open (We info. This 2week ago)

a…Cleaning ...Fan, as well as kitchen still very dirty

b…Electrical issue ... tube lights -03 no’s not working

c. Safety net very loss almost damage condition

d-Floor (wooden damaged many places). all pic. shared through WhatsApp(2week ago)

Till date i have not received NOC as well as Amenities access card

Major points

1:-During discussion its committed for flat painting however nothing done

2: -My wife having a dust allergies’ we info. This & request to clean everything properly however things still not done.

Note: - Despite of calling from my Wife its very unprofessional behavior exhibited which cannot be tolerated

Due to our different work timings, it wasn’t possible to come personally and explain the things.

I took it as a duty to inform you regarding the same as you might not be aware of the situation back home. I would request you to take this email into consideration and take necessary steps.

However we got response from Mr. Mr. Gulshan to resolve on or before 27th Dec-2022.

I would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter,

I would appreciate a response to how you plan to handle this issue

I am planning to buy the flat however by experience such response i drop the same.
