Lodha Group — parking slot not as per agreement and booking of year 2009

It is regretted to say that after a Laps of about 18 months of possession[protected]of my flat Cielo D, 404 at Lodha Splendora, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West. M/s.Lodha has not fulfilled his commitment of two parking spaces as per the commitment of year 2009. As in my case the builder could not meet the delivery schedule of 2013/2014 and Cielo D, construction could be completed only in Dec. 2017. As I was old member with my Customer No UNIVIS1238210 I was given option of taking the possession of the flat in Feb.2018 and I accepted the option at that point of time. M/s.Lodha got my signature on parking letter with parking space P2 2070 and P2 2070A. When I came to locate the parking the area was completely blank with no marking . Surprised to see the blank parking area, I wrote to then their representatives of head office but some how or other they started giving confused statements and finally the marketing I could see on a hydraulic stack type as 2070A and B. I had at least written twenty mails but with no positive results. They were allotting some parking space in open area which was was not as per the agreement clause and was not acceptable to me hence rejected. Some phone calls came from the office and they were forcing me to accept the wrong allocation of parking. I never accepted their request. As advised, Mr Amol Patil was also contacted but he also acted as dummy officers and was unable to resolve the matter. My point of submission is very simple that when I had paid for two no of parking units at the rate of Rs.150000/-(On lakh fifty thousand) per slot. For two parking slots I had paid Rs.300000/-(Three lakh) in the year 2009. Further it may be noted that the allocation of members of Cielo A which was given possession in 2014. The parking has been provided as per agreement. In my case it is cheating by M/s.Lodha and can Lodha explain under what conditions rupees Three Lakh was collected from original members who had booked in 2009?.
In no case I am going to accept the hydraulic parking this may please be noted and my case may please be resolved at earliest. I am moving out to USA for three mints ad will be back only in September, 2019.
