Lodha Group — pre-booking/booking amount is non refundable. | |||
Hi. It's humble request to lodha group. Please refund my pre-booking amount 27, 000 which was paid on 21 july 2019. On 21 july we had a meeting with lodha group sales managers and at lodha palava (Golden dream) project, orchid cluster, gate no-4 dombivali (E). We wanted to book a flat in lodha palava (Golden dream) project but due an emergency we cound not book the flat and now we want our mony to be refunded in short period so that we can help our family in this bad circumstances. Since last one week i am having mail conversation with respective sales manager and he is saying you amount is non refundable as per ba1 and ba2. Is there any policy made by lodha that the whatever amount is paid during booking or pre-booking of flat will not be refunded at any cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
