Lodha Group — Refund against cancellation Flat

I had booked a falt in Lodha codename premier (Manpada Dombivili) in June 2022 and done down payment of 2, 50, 000/- via cheque after that when I tried for home loan for further payments but my loan was not getting sanctioned due to my partners cibil issue then after 3 months my mother expired due to paralysis attack and my money was spent there for her hospitalisation so i planned to cancel the flat due to crises but lodha group denied to refund the money and then i requested them to refund the amount after deducting some amount but they denied and spoke very rudely.
Please help me in getting my money refund as I am already in crises after my mother's death my 2, 50, 000 hard earned money is very important for me. I request you to tell lodha group to refund the amount after dedcuting something
