Lodha Group — Refund booking amount

BOOKED FLAT AT LODHA PALAVA KHONI (DOWNTOWN URBANO - H - 0302 ON 16/08/2021. AMOUNTS PAID : Rs.45000/- on 16/08/2021,
Rs. 5825 on 19/08/2021 and 260000/- on 21/08/2021 . Flat purchase IS NOT AFFORDABLE to me . Please refund booking/consideration value amounts (with due deductions if any towards your management expenses). Kindly note, i am physically handicapped and this amount Rs. 310825/- means a lot to me. It be please noted that since i have not possessed the said property consideration amount needs to be refunded as per existing laws.
