I had booked flat no 611 in Lodha Jasmine Taloja on 22nd August 2021, due to financial issues and had decided to cancel my booking and requested sales manager Swetha Jaiswal to refund my booking amount but she denied to pay back refund amount stating we can't refund amount due to you signed the papers and they have the policy of non refundable, but when I asked share me policy, they denied to share that with me and there are marketing channel partners make people fool.
I had also sent email to Lodha customer care email address asking for refund.
As per RERA rules, booking amount has to refund by developer within 45 days .
Please refund the booking amount at the earliest.
