Lodha Group — refund of booking amount from lodha rs.45 k

I have booked my flat at regalia cluster lakeshore green on dated[protected], but due to below reasons i could not able to continue my booking and wanted to cancel the same.
1. My financial issues - i have an few additional liabilities as my fathers health is not good and every month i need to spend minimum 15 k.
2. Unable to manage the funds.
So it would be very difficult for me to manage the funds and continue my flat booking to pay rest amount.
At the time of booking, we were told that just reserve the flat so that unit won't go to someone else and in force and based on that only we have booked it immediately by paying rs. 45, 000 to lodha executive.
Me and my wife personally met account manager dated 28th may and explained him all our situation.
Requesting an refund our hard earned money which was given at the of booking i. E. Rs. 45 k.
Hoping positive revert on this.
[May 31, 2019] Lodha Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
